Extremely disappointed I applied and was told the property manager will get back to me never did . I really thought this was a nice place but they are very unprofessional and it crazy I paid my fees and still no call back
My personal experience has been stellar. Prompt response and great efforts to keep this new complex beautiful and clean, including newsletters to address concerns. Everyone greets each other with a smile too!

Brand new apartment in Clarkston Townes at clarkston centre are ran by them and trash already the water pressure is so low I can barely take a hot shower also trying to connect ga power in my apartment but ga power can’t find my apartment number stating it doesn’t exist.
I’m a new resident here at Townes… I’m giving it 5 stars bc of the unit itself. I put in a application back in April during pre leasing. I can say I got in contact with someone fairly easy but that was my experience. After reading a couple of reviews I can understand the frustration of unanswered calls but I can say this Townes is not income based. It’s a tax credit apt. There’s a difference and ghetto I don’t think so.
