I am extremely disappointed with the level of care and transparency at this clinic. On May 22, I paid $265 for a radiograph, exam, and vaccinations for my dog. During a follow-up visit, I was charged $407.97 for what was only labeled as a “small pet reexamination and medications”—nearly double the cost of the previous, more involved visit. Towner may be considered a far drive for some however they are awesome!!! It’s worth the 45 min drive. Dr. Thorson and her team are understanding, friendly, and kind. They are reasonably priced, easy to make appointments especially if you’re needing to get an appointment asap or within the week. The clinic is clean and organized which is always a plus.
