The nicest hotel I’ve stayed at! New, cute rooms with everything you could think of, modern and realistic. Nice and hot hot tub and one of the fastest waterslides I’ve ever been on at a hotel. Great breakfast selection- when we went there was pancakes, waffles, bread, bagels, oatmeal and good amount of toppings, two different sausages, scrambled eggs, baked beans, hashbrown potatoes, cheese, salsa, local relish/jam, peanut butter, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, coffee with cream, milk and sugar. My spouse and I had to spend a majority of the summer living in a hotel due to a bad roof job turned water damage turned insurance + restoration nightmare. We spent the greater part of our time at TownePlace Suites in West Kelowna and we now refer to it as our 'home away from home'. The amazing hotel staff welcomed us repeatedly and accommodated our lengthy stays with our two large german shepherds and our changing plans/dates and room requests. Overall we had a pleasant stay, especially with the pool and water slides for kids’ enjoyment! A few things took away from the experience though: we booked through Expedia and the room we reserved wasn’t available so we had to take what we could get upon arrival…the buffet was definitely lacking with poor quality food imo…and I understand if some kids wear pajamas to the buffet, but there were multiple adults also wearing pajamas in the public breakfast area!
