I stayed there recently on a Thursday night, and I was absolutely appalled at the behavior of your over night staff. She was unprofessional and rude, and then had the audacity to practically ground me from getting my key, what kind of place is this. Don’t let me find out yall got roaches too!
Room was good, staff was chill. It was nice to come to a clean hotel while visiting family.
The AC noise ruined my stay, it was very loud and I was so tired from driving got there at midnight and I have to used my AirPod for noise cancellation to fall asleep. Please get it fix!!!! I should get a refund for this! Really disappointed, paid almost $200 a night just to fall asleep in this and got woke up at 5 am from this.
