Our fave place when in Tucson.
Terrible stay experience. My team and I stayed here for one month on a company trip and spent roughly $30,000 total, yet the experience was consistently awful for everyone. The property felt outdated, had strange odors, and overall cleanliness was lacking. My room didn’t have hot water, and although I was offered a free night in points as compensation, I never received them. I normally do not give negative reviews. This review is really about my reservation experience. I had booked our stay at this hotel for 5 nights as a member of Marriott on Nov 8th 2025 for the Tucson Gem show Feb 1 . They apparently send a cancellation ( no explanation as they cannot disclose) on Jan 8th which either went to spam or I did not see and was given 30000 points ( around worth $100) for it ( EDIT I did find the same email today Jan 26th and it said it was due to some building issue) and then when I called in panic... read more
