Our flight to San Diego was canceled and American Airlines lost our bags, so we had to book a night stay here. Let me just say—the staff was amazing! The young woman at the front desk went out of her way to give all three of us toothbrushes, toothpaste, and deodorant after hearing about our lost luggage, without me even asking. I wish I remembered her name because she absolutely deserves recognition. This was on Friday night, September 26th.

This review is for my experience at this specific Marriott location, not the company as a whole. Unfortunately, working here as a breakfast attendant was one of the weirdest and most uncomfortable job experiences I’ve ever had. My direct manager seemed to go out of his way to create drama instead of teamwork.
