When they say just off the freeway, they mean you pull off the freeway into the parking lot. You can hear every Florida Man thundering by in their trucks like they were in the room next door. My room had a surplus of light switches that seemed to do nothing. The water pressure in the sink was hilariously high. The rooms are also quite small for what I’m used to from other TownePlace locations. Won’t stay again.
I had an excellent stay. Too bad is was only for the night, as I didn’t really get to take advantage of the amenities. The service was wonderful!
The staff is superb and very polite. They were happy to serve their customers. That has not been my experience over the last few years throughout the customer service industry. A most pleasant relief. A very clean and comfortable hotel. Easy to access from I4. Very modern and well kept. The rooms were cozy and quiet. Definitely a restful location with great staff throughout the hotel.
We did the two bedroom suite. It was clean and modern. There is plenty of parking, free breakfast and a pool. We only stayed for one night but it was a great stay.
Hotel was nice and staff was awesome. It wasn't in the best of areas but I did feel safe once on property. It was very close to Hard Rock Casino
