Very nice. Tiny kitchen, was able to make a decent dinner instead of spending silly money for scary, meh, restaurant food. Bright hallways, none of that creepy Overlook hotel, dimly lit walking to your room feel. Two large grills/bbq to use for guests. Wow! Steak!? Very much appreciate reception's warmth and welcoming spirit. Very clean overall. Definitely recommend.
Stay was great. Breakfast was a 8/10. Would love to see a hot tub. What stood out to me was the dedication for the employees dedication to to right by me. I believe her name was Angela, she fought on my behalf to get a refund from booking.com after the app booked the exact same stay twice and I needed a refund on one of them. Booking was being difficult but she made the experience nicer.
Everything you'd want for a good night's rest. Breakfast accommodations as well.
I recently stayed there for two weeks following a surgical procedure. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly and very attentive. The complimentary daily breakfast is simple, but the food is plentiful, fresh and very tasty. I highly recommend TownePlace Suites.
