Upon driving up, I was surprised the property was a TownePlace Suites, it looked like it needed some love. When I entered my room, it was ok, then I walked on the carpet- ugh. Something was sticky, next the bathroom sink looked like it had not been cleaned from the prior occupant. Unfortunately I knew the hotel was full and wouldn't have other rooms. This hotel has a lot of wear and tear carpet cabinetry lighting. The shower comes out of the bottom and the top at the same time so it floods the tub doesn’t drain fast enough. The lighting in the bathroom needs to be improved. The bed was pretty comfortable I really like the full-size refrigerator, sink, coffee maker and electric stove. Breakfast was pretty decent. My husband, my son and i stayed here Friday night 8/15. I cannot say enough good things about the staff that evening. They went above and beyond to makes sure that we were comfortable. Christian and the supervisor which I feel awful that I can't remember his name!! Superb hospitality from both of them
The room is just ok. The furniture is worn. There are tiny bugs in the kitchenette and bathroom. The service are very friendly and helpful and the location is very close to medical center. Could be worse.
