Room was nice but pool was freezing didn’t get to use the pool with the kids. No one came to fix the problem.
Spacious, clean, new rooms. All the amenities of a studio apartment. All the kitchen utensils, pots, pans for basic cooking in room. Pool and work out room available. Free breakfast each morning. Douglas at the front desk is the best! Nicest and friendliest guy you'll meet. Marriott could have him running customer service trainings with his skills. Give that guy a raise!
The staff is so friendly and helpful. This is a well run establishment.
The good: rooms were very clean. Front desk was great! Biiiig negative - more for the management than other guests. You have blocked off half the breakfast room. There was absolutely nowhere to seat during breakfast. Marriott calculates seating area based on the amount of rooms, so this weird way of blocking half the area is not only unsightly but creates a very unwelcoming atmosphere when busy.
