Stayed for a total of 2 hours. Our room had hair in the tub and shower upon checkin. Face cloth had hair embedded in the fibers. One of the beds had hair in the sheets. Toilet paper was stuffed in the headboard crack from top to bottom. We decided to ignore that and stay anyways as our flight was really early. We discovered bed bugs on the headboard. We immediately checked out and provided a picture of the bugs to the email provided by the front desk. Front desk provided refund but did not seem concerned

I have never had such a horrible experience at a hotel in my life, and we travel A LOT for AAU basketball. The TV in the lobby area is not allowed to be changed to any channel at all and can only stay on the weather channel. Adults are not allowed to have any alcoholic beverages in the lobby area. If you want a hotel where you want to sit in your room by yourself and not enjoy hanging out with people you have traveled with then sure choose this one. Excellent Hotel, and the best breakfast of any of the nearby hotels. I typically stay for several days at a time, so this matters.
