Rooms are clean and location is near airport but the highlight of this hotel is the front desk employee at night Olivia. What an absolutely delightful kind person she is. Customer service this wonderful is rare these days. Thanks Olivia
Wish we could have stayed longer
Stay was good, however they put a $250 dollar room incidentals on my card and it’s almost been a month and it’s still on hold, I tried calling a couple of times on the front desk and they keep on telling me that they’re going to email me, or somehow call me back regarding this matter but still no response.
