Very nice facility overall including the dedicated beach access and outdoor pool across the street. Was a quiet location but close to any food or shopping you'd need and excellent room designs for a multiple day stay at the beach. Staff were all very helpful and cheerful as well. Good value overall for a block off te beach and would definitely return.
Nice, new hotel....not much choice for vegetarians...veggie omelet was with ham! Also could not check out later than 1 pm....
The staff at the hotel were wonderful and accommodating, however the room we ordered was a bedroom suite with two TVs. We stayed for a full week during the week of 8/4. From the moment we arrived, the primary television did not work. We called support, and were told someone would fix this in the morning. I'll save you the trouble of predicting how the rest of the week went- daily calls followed by promises to come by and fix the issue the following day.
