This place is a dump! Outside of hotel is filthy. AC was not working in public spaces. Was first told they were over-booked for 2 bedroom suite and tried to talk me into two separate rooms. Turned out they had one suite left so they put us in it. Room smelled old/musty. Furniture old and grimy. Mattresses are extremely old, and severely cave in the middle of the bed. My shoulder still hurts 5 days later. Wrote a complaint to Marriott and they referred back to hotel property. All they did was send me 5000 Marriott points (wor... read more
Aside the hallway air going out, the stay was fantastic. Omaha is in the middle of a heatwave so it should be fixed asap. The breakfast was great and the front desk staff is friendly and welcoming.
