This hotel was nothing short of amazing from the valet to the front desk, to the service is provided, and even the housekeeping! This hotel is clean, attentive and ultimately friendly. My Favorite people were the valet, Especially Mallory she was very sweet full of patience and The bartender Drake he was very friendly and welcoming! . These people make you feel like Family here!
Terrible service. I had to change rooms due to flooding, and I left my allergy-safe bathing products behind. I reported it immediately, I’ve reported it 5 times to 4 different staff members, and it’s been over 36 hours — still no sign of my belongings. I can’t use hotel products because of allergies, so I haven’t even been able to shower. Total failure in basic service.
Awesome hotel in a Awesome location. I loved the valet team who were always fast to get my car. Thanks to Tyler and the rest of the valet team. Nothing worse than waiting for your car.
Townplace Suites is a nice place to stay, and not in downtown, but close enough to get there quickly without too much traffic. And the staff is wonderful, the valet service is exceptional. One key employee there is Kia, and has provided great customer service that goes above and beyond. From the kind smile and knowing you by name. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Nashville, TN.
