Booked a room four weeks in advance and ended up receiving an email from management stating they had to move my booking to a separate nearby hotel due to unforeseen maintenance issues. I was traveling with a business partner who was not relocated. I spoke with management to see if there was anything they could do and explained my situation they were more than accommodating! They ended up moving things around and were able to get me into a room which I believe was rated higher than what I booked, at no additional cost. Great ... read more
