Tara and all the staff are great. Clean room
I am giving this hotel a 5 star review because of the staff. They went above and beyond for our stay. We had resereved a room with a king bed and pull out couch, but unfortunately they did not have any left. They found the same style of room but with two queens which worked great since that ment no one had to sleep on a pull out couch. They remebered us everytime we can through the doors, and gave us tickets for an event that was going on down town because we were there celebrating birthdays to which he remembered. Mortified to see my upgraded suite had black mold… the bedroom in room 323. I didn’t realize till the last day which explained why the smell was weird in the bed room and my throat started feeling funny. 😣 Corner room facing the street was super loud as well…. Everything else was fine and front desk service was nice .
Great hotel, two bed rooms bigger than king room but rooms were so nice. Best part was the bartender named Stephen, so knowledgeable about drinks and gave us great suggestions to restaurants. If I ever have the opportunity to stay in Louisville it’ll be this hotel.
