Francisco, General Manager, made me feel so welcomed. It’s my birthday weekend, and he started my day with such great positivity. Thank You Francisco! I want to give a special recognition to Stephen, the bartender, he makes the BEST cocktails. Stephen asks you what your likes are and creates cocktails based on your likes. All staff are nice. My room was clean. I will be back!
They got bed bugs
This place is in a very bad part of town. I went to use the restroom and check in after my travel. The lobby bathrooms were locked. This is a clue so I left to seek another hotel. Also, the department of corrections is around the corner where released persons were hanging around like spiders. This is clue # 2. Stay away my friends if you vlaue your safety. You are welcome.
Our stay, from the service, to the room, to the breakfast was top notch. Special shout out for Sharod who went above and beyond to take care of us at breakfast time! Super helpful and super friendly! Exactly the type of experience that separates some hotels from others! Thanks Sharod!!
