Brianna at the front desk last week was wonderful and so helpful.
Smaller than normal room. Absence of body wash soap, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. The person in charge of stacking up the breakfast items was overwhelmed. On the positive side, parking was comfortable and available, beds were comfortable, and elevators worked well.
This hotels service is always great. I've been staying her for work trips for over 2 years and it is always a great stay. Thanks TownePlace for a comfortable place to stay while working away from home!
Lot's of noise from fellow guests, soamming doors, walking on the floor above etc
