This stay was a ridiculous comedy of errors. It was perhaps the most disappointing stay in my entire life; I have stayed at over 300 hotels in the US and worldwide. On the morning of 29 April, I woke up went to the bathroom, only to find there was not a drop of water. I was unable to brush my teeth, shave--or worst of all--use the toilet. This hotel did the job. The facilities themselves were very nice but poorly maintained. To be fair, the desk attendant and everyone I met was incredibly kind and helpful. However, the room was not well cleaned at all (there was a blood stain on the sheets... it was clearly washed but NOT COOL!). There was also dishes left in the dishwasher and hair in the shower. The gym was also untidy. I'm not upset, but I hope this review can help the hotel staff improve guest experience. Side note - Logan was very charming. :)

We came for a funeral and the staff was very kind and understanding in our time of hardship. So grateful for Andrew and Avery.

We used this hotel when we were gathering while dad was in the hospital and continued after he passed. The hotel staff was so compassionate and very attentive to our needs. They went out of their way to help us with little extras as things came up and as more family arrived for the funeral. Highly recommend this hotel!!!
