The room was clean and comfortable, which I appreciated. But the bathroom amenities were a letdown. The shampoo bottle was empty, and when I messaged the hotel about it, I never got a response. I ended up going to the front desk, and the person there told me housekeeping had gone home and she didn’t have access to any shampoo. I asked if we could grab some from an empty room—even just to pour into a cup—but she said the hotel was sold out. I set up our corporation account at this Marriott in Leesburg, Florida, and at First over a year ago. It was a fantastic place to stay, the breakfast bar was always stocked, and the Internet service was fantastic, also, when you used to call in for reservations, now, you get pushed off to some text or go to Marriott online to book your reservation, and there is no more personal interaction,& now in the last few months, this place is really gone down to tubes And at this point I’m tired of talking about it, and we are going t... read more

This place is a home away from home. A full size refrigerator, dishwasher and regular size stove and microwave. Dishes to cook with are at the front desk all you have to do is ask. Nice living room and bedroom and big bathroom. Plus a beautiful breakfast with scones, muffins, eggs your choice of scrambled or an omlet. The next day we had a breakfast sandwich or scrambled eggs with bacon or sausage. Plus cold cereals and hot oatmeal hard boiled eggs, fresh oranges or bananas and juices, coffee tea and hot cocoa.

Thought it was odd related to the internet service--could not connect as we always do--had to connect with CNN.com--THIS HAS to change--Never offered the option for points or snack--or water ?? Odd since we are lifetime platinum elite--just not the best customer service with front office staff--breakfast not the best---

I had horrible issues with the water pressure and hot water in the room. The showerhead had approx 60 jets on only the middle 6 worked. I could not get the conditioner out of my hair so I resorted to the sink. NO HOT WATER! The next day while I was out, my husband called for the plumber. The showerhead was changedand they attempted to fix the sink. When I got back after being at an event for 12 hours, all I wanted was a hot shower.
