This is our first night here, we arrived late. The front desk person was really awesome, offered us great customer service, and was really helpful! I was so surprised to walk into our room to see how beautiful it is! I absolutely love the decor and the design of our room is functional and beautiful. Beautiful colors, lots of space, lots of storage place, full kitchen, with gorgeous counter tops! Our bathroom was dirty, lots of hair in the shower and what looked like urine dried on the back of the door. King room with pull-out was fairly small, would definitely be tight with 4 people.

This is right across from the base so if that's where you're going this is super convenient. Nice rooms (except they didn't clean under the bed which we found out when we had to get our cat out of hiding). However the suite is definitely not made for more than 1 person or 1 couple. Breakfast was good and a nice variety. Good coffee in the lobby all day. Nice kitchenette in suite, even had a couple of burners to cook on. Snack/ food bar downstairs too which is nice. Staff ready to help.

Staff uninviting and unfriendly. Breakfast staff courteous and attentive. Reception staff standoffish and unhelpful during day shifts. Unpleasant to interact with.
