Our stay was extremely disappointing, not just because of what happened, but because of how poorly the situation was handled. Earlier in the day, we had already experienced issues with our room key. The front desk repeatedly issued new key cards instead of investigating the actual problem, and we were only able to get back into the room because someone from our group was already inside. I wish I could give zero stars. Please take this as a warning, do not stay at this hotel. We came back to our room after a long day and were unable to get into our room. The hotel staff, manager (I use that term lightly) could also not get us into the room. We have been forced to sit in the hall for hours unable to get our belongings and medications. The hotel staff did nothing to help. We had to take it upon ourselves to call the fire department and police to help us. As I write this I am still sitting in the hall. Please p... read more
Excellent location for airport travel. Staff was very good and could not have asked for a better group of employees. Used the shuttle to and from the airport which was very quick and efficient. Room was great and very well taken care of/clean.
