The overall stay was great, the rooms were in good shape, the pool was clean and the weight room was sufficient for light workouts. The staff was very kind and handled issues with an unruly guest that was terrorizing other guest and staff very well. However, the weekend kitchen staff needs a training refresher on customer service and maintaining a clean breakfast buffet. Perfect for a quick night before heading to the airport or a little longer terms stay. Rooms are clean and guest service is kind. They have a complementary airport shuttle with a great driver. I suggest tipping them. And even though breakfast doesn’t till later in the morning, they put out some easy items like cereal, bagels, and yogurt earlier in the morning for early travelers.
Quiet and clean hotel close to Kansas Intl airport. Decent breakfast with eggs, sausage or bacon and a waffle maker.
