Me and a friend stayed here last week for 6days with no one to clean the room. No towels. No tissue. Unless you asked and the room still wasn't clean after staying for 6days smh!!! the carpet through out the hotel is very nasty and dirty last but not even least the damn pool was green like wow this should've be stated when someone is reserving a room because we thought we would enjoy the pool. Darn. I don't like writing negative reviews. Televisions did not work for the whole day that we were here. The swimming pool looks like a swamp. It took 10 minutes for the water to get hot in the tub. But, on the bright side, Tunisia, at the front desk was most pleasant and appreciative and informative. And, (just like Tunisia warned me), the room was right beside the freeway, and noisy. Another bright spot was one of the housekeeping crew. B. J. (Billy). Wow. After telling Tenisha at the front desk that my catalytic converter was stolen off my truck after staying 1 night in there facility out of there parking lot she dismissed my issue gave me attitude than proceeded to ask me to stop yelling but I literally was asking what the next steps in the process is or is there anyway to help me in a calm tone she shut me down immediately and said it’s not her problem .i asked for a manager and she said you can call around 2-3am when a manager is in .
