The front desk clerk was unprofessional & made the stay uncomfortable. She approached the desk for my check in with a nasty attitude and an inappropriate tone. This was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had.
Clean hotel, but when I got to my room and moved the TV, it started to fall off the wall. When I notified the staff, they did not believe me at first. When I asked the manager if the other rooms would be checked, he said no and that was not needed. Apparently safety for guests isn't a concern. Good luck!
This is a 2/5 rather than a 1/5 only because the front desk employee who helped us end our stay early was very understanding and pleasant. The we recieved was very upsetting, under-delivering on what I believe is the standard for a hotel room with inconvenient design (like a shower that is missing a sliding door, causing water to get on the floor), a microwave that did not work due to a power failure, inconsistent and burnt-odor heating, and a TV that did not have functioning HDMI ports to allow us to plug a gaming system in... read more
It was good but it's not that good I wouldn't stay there either but the service was good The room was good the location is not good and are you guys pet friendly 😭🐕
If I could give zero stars I would my husbad stayed here for a work trip and the housekeeper stole his gold ring and staff did nothing about it but say the housekeeper probably took it,if you stay here be sure to have your things secured.
