The staff is so kind and friendly!
When we got to room had to go back down to get supplies to make the fold out couch. Front staff were very friendly. The television in the room did not work. 4 hours later when I asked about it they said oh sorry it can’t be fixed. They called after 8 pm and offered another room but daughter was already in the shower. The body wash was broken in the shower so could not use it.
