Extremely disappointed with how Marriott International has handled a serious guest property incident. Missing belongings. Medically necessary items for my child still unresolved. Tracked device located in a staff area. Police report filed. Hotel response: “miscommunication.” Corporate response: no meaningful resolution. OCA follow-up call: dismissive tone, repeated interruptions, and no accountability. Guests deserve better than minimization and indifference when serious concerns are raised. Stay at Residence Inn instead, the General Manager is horrible and will do everything in his power to NOT provide compensation after you had a bad stay.

Staff was wonderful throughout my stay. Loved the warm cookies by registration. Parking is convenient and complimentary breakfast was plentiful with all the basics. Pool is small, there is a guest laundry room available. Staff really did their best to help with any issues. Would recommend, especially for the location. Everything you might need is close by and they offer a shuttle to the Cleveland clinic too.
