Abdoul provided truly exceptional customer service during my stay. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel so welcomed and at home. Towneplace Warren is a lovely service apartment type of hotel, and offers the best services ever, comparing to all the other hotels around. All the Front Desk staffs were super helpful, Megan, Abeni, and a young guy (sorry for didn't ask for his name), they share the same amount of patience to all your requests, with lots of caring, which makes you feel like staying at your own neighborhood. I traveled to Detroit for work and this hotel has taken care of my every need. I want especially shot out Abdoulaye Diouf . He has been wonderful from the first day I arrived and always welcomes and greets with a smile. I once needed to change my room because I needed extra space and it was no problem or hassle due to the immaculate service by Abdoulaye. I can see myself staying again if in this region.
