I recently stayed at this hotel with my fiancée, and I wanted to share how much the experience has improved. In the past, my stays here were not always the best, but this visit truly exceeded my expectations. The property has clearly made positive changes, and it shows in both the service and overall atmosphere. Sleep is a bit loud and bright on the front side. I woke up in the middle of the night install this brightness surrounding the window, the shades were drawn. I looked at the clock and it said 1:30. I thought it was 1:30 in the afternoon. I looked outside and realized it was AM. Not high quality. Friendly people though.
I had a pretty big issue my first night on a 6 night stay and Ebony not only took care of my problem but made me feel special for being a Marriott member with status(which I didn’t even say anything about). If she isn’t in upper management, she should be. What an outstanding person! Thank you again for making my stay great!
