I had a pretty big issue my first night on a 6 night stay and Ebony not only took care of my problem but made me feel special for being a Marriott member with status(which I didn’t even say anything about). If she isn’t in upper management, she should be. What an outstanding person! Thank you again for making my stay great!

The first room had a water leak which the front desk check in was not informed. I understand several rooms were affected. I sat in the chair and immediately got a wet bottom and realized the ceiling was leaking above me. I was ready to set up my computer and work. Then I realized there were also food crumbs all over the floor around the bed. Moved to another room and the windows were so windy and didn’t close appropriately move to room three and found loose candies underneath the bed (not in a good way, like on your pillow) ... read more

I travel a lot for work, and one thing that really stands out to me is great customer service. During my stay, Ebony at the front desk was a perfect example of that. She was not only a pleasure to speak with, but she also made me feel genuinely welcomed and helped with all of my accommodation needs. At many hotels, the front desk interaction can feel rushed or even a little unpleasant, but that definitely wasn’t the case here. Hotel just went through a full scale remodel and the hotel look beautiful! very clean and welcoming and freindly staff.. also the bfast was pretty tasty for a hotel!
