I have stayed at a couple hotels in the area and this hotel is one of the better ones. The staff has been helpful and friendly the entire time. While no one is perfect, they are good people and provide good service. You should give them a shot. Plus you can grill your own food, which is a bonus.
Absolutely the worst experience of my life. Parking lot was not accessible. Checked in and found bugs in my room. Switched to another room and was welcomed with even more bugs! Food under the bed, dirty socks under the chair, and larvae in the carpet! Front desk lady tried to say she didn’t see anything. Then started talking about me in another language. I am very disappointed being a Marriot hotel. My money still has not been returned 3 days later. You will be losing my business indefinitely. DO NOT STAY HERE
Checked in employees and hotel are terrible dirty hotel smells horrible. Checked into a dirty room employee didn't care let me leave without even trying . Place is so dirty and unkept now
If I could give it zero stars I would.and this is coming from a business owner who values reviews and lets A LOT slide, but this was needed. The receptionist was terrible, like BEYOND terrible. No effort to resolve an issue. Rude and inpatient and unprofessional doesn’t even begin to describe it. If you have ANY other option, choose it.
The hotel was not bad, it was clean and quiet. It’s the service that was awful. My husband and I were treated like we were a problem. The guy at the counter was determined he didn’t want us there and lied about our reservation. When he realized he was wrong he decided to make our incidental fee $300 ($200 more than the original incidental fee) to deter us from staying there.
