worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. i can’t believe they allow these people to operate under marriotts name. the owner i’m assuming was an absolutely disgusting human being. and he should be ashamed of himself for how he treats people.. i wouldn’t return here if the rate was $5 a night..
The customer service was horrible the lady behind the counter canceled my reservation before I got there and said there was nothing I could do.. so I rebooked it outside come in and it was cancelled for a second time I tried to rebook it inside the hotel and then the price was raised. Never had a bad experience at Marriott like this
Staff made the stay uncomfortable and awkward. This is the 'night manager' at 6am in the lobby. I thought he was a drunk guest sleeping in the lobby....NOPE, he woke up, offered us coffee and then went back to sleep.... really?
We enjoy this hotel and have stayed here multiple times before Michigan games. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
