Management came into our room extremely rude which I have never heard of before to write down everyone that would be staying in the room, charged us $400 for I don’t even know(we didn’t even stay the night at most we stayed for an hour and left), pictures are not the same as whats in the hotel and overall had been my worst experience with a hotel. After a poor experience with a hotel manager, a Regional Manager from Marriott and the On-site Desk Manager called me to discuss the situation. They were both very polite, listened to my situation, and was able to offer me a solution that both parties were agreed too. Marriott getting it right. Thanks!! This hotel was absolutely amazing! We checked for an anniversary getaway. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and modern. Loved having the kitchen area too. The breakfast was great! They also had fresh baked cookies and coffee when we arrived. The icing on the cake was the staff decorated our room and bed with rose petals, a bottle of champagne and snacks for our anniversary. Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff!
Lady at the front desk was very rude and unhelpful. I booked at a discounted rate and my reservation was cancelled and I wasn’t informed of the cancellation until I arrived. Waste of time.
