Wife and I’ve stayed here twice now and each time was a god experience. Check in quick. Rooms comfy and clean and quiet. No complaints.
Had a fantastic stay at the TownePlace Suites! Our room was impressively clean and very comfortable. We absolutely loved having the kitchen in our suite; it was so convenient and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and the whole experience was top-notch. Would definitely recommend and will be back for our next trip to the area!

I was considering this hotel since my husband is a Marriott LifeTime Member but whomever just answered the phone was very rude. Not even understanding how customer service works. I understand it's early AM but you never know what the situation is that someone is dealing with to say "nobody's checking in at 3:14am". The GM and manager needs to check their employees. Unacceptable. And I made this review RIGHT after my phone call.
