Nice hotel and good location, rooms were clean. EV chargers do NOT work. Two are out of service and the other two fail as soon as a second car plugs in. I was here a year ago and they have not repaired the chargers they advertise. Additionally, kids were making lots of noise in the room above us in the early morning and the hotel did nothing to address. A group of kids were throwing a baseball in the parking lot by the entrance and staff did not say anything. Could be a excellent hotel if service was better.

Edit: Spoke with Katelyn from the front desk. She came and looked at the room and also verified that we are supposed to have a king bed room. They will be moving us to another room and giving us a refund. Once everything is complete I will update the stars rating. Based on satellite pictures it looked like this was a newly built hotel and I figured it would be nice. The rating was good. Nope. I absolutely love staying here everyone of their employees are amazing from the GM to the managers, Meka upfront and the rest of the front desk staff and even the housekeeping (Zero) and the rest of the girls. They all treat you amazing the hospitality is top tier. I will always return.
