They haven't had Internet in over a month. Which also means no TV. They have also raised their prices due to a very large construction project near Big Spring. The rooms smell and feel dirty. If you enjoy the feeling of camping in the desert this is probably a little worse than that. The other hotels located near this one have also raised their prices but at least they clean and have internet.

I saw availability for this location in the Bonvoy app, but when I went inside, the receptionist — who wasn’t at the desk and only came over after about a minute — told me there were no rooms at all. If there are no rooms, I understand; that happens. What made the experience worse was the receptionist’s indifferent attitude. Very clean room, free breakfast is a little more than your standard Continental with hot items and make your own waffles. Suites have a nice kitchenette. Maid service is terrible though, barely made the room once on a five day stay.

I had a maintenance issue in my room and I was told that no one would be able to help me because the maintenance guy doesn’t have a car and the boss drives the maintenance guy to work and the boss can’t be reached because he’s older and he’s already in bed by seven. This is a maintenance issue that is highly affecting my stay and there should be someone here to address these issues, especially if the hotel is completely booked. This is absolutely unacceptable.
