I had a maintenance issue in my room and I was told that no one would be able to help me because the maintenance guy doesn’t have a car and the boss drives the maintenance guy to work and the boss can’t be reached because he’s older and he’s already in bed by seven. This is a maintenance issue that is highly affecting my stay and there should be someone here to address these issues, especially if the hotel is completely booked. This is absolutely unacceptable.
Very nice workers
Their beds are hard and they charge to park in their parking lot (first time I had ever seen that.)
Amy was wonderful in ensuring our room was available since we were arriving later than expected. Hotel was very busy and fully booked but there was plenty of parking and quiet given how many folks were staying that night.
