I stayed here two nights with my mom and grandma. The rooms are clean, coffee and water are always available in the lobby, and the breakfast included was great! The staff here are also extremely friendly and helpful! They checked on us throughout the stay, and the general manager even called a busy restaurant nearby (The Breakfast Boys) and got us a seat at the bar to enjoy a drink before I had to leave for the airport. We have a new favorite place to stay when we visit Atlanta!
Quick, easy checkin, very accommodating
The front desk guy was dismissive, not welcoming at all. The ladies who work there are good.
EXCEPTIONAL service! Kim and Merri were such a pleasure and provided great customer service. My family and I had unexpected travel events and had to stay in ATL overnight. The hotel service went above and beyond; the room was clean as well. Thank you all for the assistance and making our spontaneous stay all the more memorable despite the hectic travel we've had to endure.
