Lanell and Erica were by far, the most charismatic and hard working women I have come across in a long time. They were attentive and so kind, will definitely be back!
My stay at TownePlace Suites Asheville West (June 2025) was fantastic from start to finish. The staff delivered excellent service, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and everything was kept to a very high standard of cleanliness. What impressed me most was the breakfast — it was fresh, well-prepared, and far better than the usual hotel breakfast experience. The overall quality and attention to detail made my stay truly enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Asheville. A well-deserved 5 stars!
First road trip with the wife and two dogs! Our stay was great! Room was clean, and all staff went above and beyond for us!! Erica checked us in, and she was seriously the best! She’s a Chicago Bears fan just like my wife so we instantly connected. She treated us like family and made us more than comfortable staying here. Hot breakfast and clean eating areas always available. We enjoyed our dinner by the fire place out front the first night! 10/10 highly recommend. We will be back!!
