Two days before our trip the host of our vrbo canceled with absolutely no communication or explanation. We were traveling back to the area for an important event and had our dog with us. The pet fee was $85 but well worth it! Not once was I concerned about how my dog would be received with the staff. Everyone was extremely loving and kind to him. Wow, this is what hotel hospitality is supposed to be! Everyone seemed happy to help and happy to be there, always greeting with a smile and trying to connect as humans. I was in between 2 hotels for a last minute trip when I called to ask some questions about it— I didn’t even call the other hotel because of the awesome service I received over the phone. I've been doing a two-week roadtrip, and as I approach the end of my trip, I'm getting to the point where I absolutely need a quiet, safe, and comfortable hotel stay, and this place near Asheville gave me all of that AND MORE.
