I spent five days at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott Asheville Downtown as part of a business trip and truly can't say enough great things about the place. It is well maintained, super friendly, very clean and has great access to main roads and is within walking distance to everything in downtown. It is quiet with a great staff that is always willing to help with anything.
A little loud because of the highway nearby
Rebecca, who works the front desk in the afternoons is top-notch Customer Service and I’m from Vegas. They would take Rebecca in a heartbeat. The entire staff is over the top friendly and it’s very nice. The hotel is brand new and relatively inexpensive for the area. It’s ten minutes walk to Starbucks or Trader Joe’s, and 2 minute walk from a Shell service station for snacks.
