Rooms are very clean. Great location.
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I booked my stay using a free night reward, but due to mistakes made at the front desk, I was incorrectly charged no-show fees on multiple credit cards as well as a charge for the night I actually stayed. I reached out to the hotel’s general manager, William P., expecting the issue to be resolved, but instead I encountered unhelpful responses and a dismissive attitude. Beautiful rooms, layout is great, very very clean and quiet. Kitchette with dish washer and a cool little layout in the closet with motion acyivated light around the mirror. Parking garage and a lot outside. The gym is well equipped as well. Breakfast layout is nice snd the staff members have been great. Very close to everything you can think of, even walking distance from great restaurants. Will def be back here.
Built in a spot that is somewhat difficult to get to. Otherwise, it's a great hotel.
