The receptionist, Rebecca, was very helpful with my reservation, hotel facilities, and information on things to do in Asheville. Greatly appreciated the smooth check in process. Room was ready, clean, and met my needs. Recommend the hotel as a great value
Air conditioner didn’t work very well. It turns on but the pressure was so low it never actually cooled the room. In the middle of summer. Thermometer we brought said the room was at 76 all night. Front desk told us they couldn’t offer any compensation even bonvoy points because we didn’t tell them their air conditioner takes 6 hours to cool a room 2 degrees. Scratchy towels, cheap sheets, bad location. Never again.
My dad and I were road tripping to see the sights and sounds of Asheville. We like to stay in suites so he can have a separate room from the main space. The room had a kitchenette complete with an oven, range, and full-size refrigerator. The desk area to work at was also great. And the sofabed was just a big mattress (although a bit stiff) instead of one full of metal beams that result in zero sleep.
