Clean rooms, the manager was not so helpful nor friendly when an issue came up. He did not slove the issue but only made it worse by checking my rate to see what I was paying for the night as if that has anything to do with the issue that was at hand. Needless to say left without my issue being sloved and taken care of. Felt I was not valued as a guest because of the rate I was paying.
Everyone was really nice the rooms were clean and new parking was easy breakfast was good bed was comfortable great stay
Clean new. Great option for a quick stay at Asheville. If the location was a bit closer to downtown it would be better. But it’s a great option
