I recently stayed at this TownePlace Suites and was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. The cleanliness of the property was below par, dirty carpet, and the furniture was dated, including a stained chair in my room and a tiny smart TV from 2010. I specifically booked a room with two queen beds, but was instead given a room with two full beds. When I raised this issue with the front desk, the agent argued with me and insisted I was wrong. Great Suites
Clean rooms and amazing, friendly service from literally everyone! Also what a nice Michigan fall view! A great stay!
Great extended stay hotel with a pool, offering adult & child swimming lessons thru British Swimming School, a good size pool, breakfast/dinner (depending on day of the week), small store, and staffed with kind, friendly people. I have not personally stayed at this location (only same brand at another city), but I go to the pool often with my kids as we all receive swimming lessons there. Terrible hotel do not stay here. Rooms were filthy and smelt horrible and there is nothing to do near by it is far away from Ann Arbor. Staff was rude and loud all night could hear them. There was mold growing in the room and the hallways smell like fish. No water or soap was provided in our room.
