I recently stayed at this TownePlace Suites and was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. The cleanliness of the property was below par, dirty carpet, and the furniture was dated, including a stained chair in my room and a tiny smart TV from 2010. I specifically booked a room with two queen beds, but was instead given a room with two full beds. When I raised this issue with the front desk, the agent argued with me and insisted I was wrong. Great extended stay hotel with a pool, offering adult & child swimming lessons thru British Swimming School, a good size pool, breakfast/dinner (depending on day of the week), small store, and staffed with kind, friendly people. I have not personally stayed at this location (only same brand at another city), but I go to the pool often with my kids as we all receive swimming lessons there.
