Clean. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Great location. Close to everything, shopping, restaurants, etc.
The hotel is spotless!! Breakfast was comprehensive. Room was spacious. Pool area clean. You can check out all kinds of kitchen supplies. Bbq area. I won’t stay anywhere else in Abilene. Like others have said the only downside is water pressure. Cleanest hotel stay in a long time!!!
I had an absolutely incredible stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Abilene Southwest—hands down one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. Huge shoutout to Helen (Team Leader), Debbie M (Manager), Denise (GM), Bobbi (HM), and the entire staff. You can tell immediately this place is run with pride and professionalism.
