Yesterday, I visited TowneBank in Raleigh, North Carolina to explore banking options for my startup nonprofit, AgriCommons Foundation, my for-profit business, and my personal accounts. From the first phone call to the end of my visit, the experience was exceptional. I called the branch and spoke with Samantha, who scheduled my appointment. I joined TowneBank in November 2023. I met Brittany, (Vice President) and she guided me through my banking needs. Brittany is a Bright, Beautiful and a very very Intelligent Young Woman. I was VERY impressed with the Bank and was invited to the most Welcoming and Professional GRAND OPENING January 25th, 2024. Could not be more happy about switching our business to Towne Bank a few months ago. The staff is absolutely the most helpful and friendliness group I have ever come in contact with in the banking community. They actually care about your business and know you by name when you walk in.
