Nancy went so far above and beyond for me that I had to leave a review. This bank services my auto loan, and I reached out to her after months of being ignored by the dealership over a service contract refund that was supposed to be applied to my balance. Interest kept accruing the whole time on money that should have already been paid down. Nancy did not have to take this on. My bank was a happy, welcoming, friendly, efficient place. Sadly it was acquired by Towne Bank. In my experience they are the polar opposite. Choose another financial institution.
Very nice people. Convenient location. We have enjoyed dealing with them in the past.
Great bank. Very polite and nice to work with. We have lived in Texas, Arizona, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Virginia. This is the best bank we’ve used in 52 years!!!
