Absolutely amazing people here! Basically, we had an international wire from Canada into one of their customer's accounts here. We were charged a fee that we couldn't figure out as our bank didn't said there wasn't a fee. The people of Townebank here helped us out so much. Honestly they went above and beyond, even going as far as calling their wire department, looking into our case and eventually finding out that the fee came from an intermediary bank. Look, idk how they are in person or as a bank, but if I watch a 30 minute show on HBO, I should not have 4 back to back double commercials of these people. Do to this single category of poorly thought out annoyance, ill burn all my money in the back yard in a viking funeral before giving these digital marketing crack heads a penny of it.
