I visited this branch the other day and got a survey soon after, to which I of course left a 5 star review for the 5 star service I received. The next day, I got another message thanking me for my excellent review and appreciating me for my business. That is once again 5 star service unparalleled by any other financial institution. I love this bank. I received a commercial loan at the Raleigh TowneBank branch and had such a great experience. Every step of the way was so personalized. Quick approval time, emails daily with updates, fast closing. Caityln the branch manager is so efficient. She was always one step ahead of the loan process and went above and beyond for me.
