Very nice and welcoming staff
I visited this branch the other day and got a survey soon after, to which I of course left a 5 star review for the 5 star service I received. The next day, I got another message thanking me for my excellent review and appreciating me for my business. That is once again 5 star service unparalleled by any other financial institution. To that response to my review, I give 5 stars once again.
TowneBank of Raleigh was an absolutely amazing team to work with! They provided me all the information I needed in a timely manner as well as they were always available at anytime for any of my questions! I would highly recommend!
