I have been a long time account holder at this bank. I just waited in line for over 20 minutes to cash a few savings bonds, only to be told that since that particular transaction takes a bit of time, I’d have to take a seat because they were so busy. I mentioned that I had just waited like everyone else and this is the transaction I need to make.
