AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Towne Vision Center owner, Mr. Rufolo, is rude, mean, and inconsiderate. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he and his secretary refused to wear face masks and tried to argue with us how they were not necessary. Face masks are required in the state of New Jersey. He continued refusing to put on a mask and, ultimately, kicked us out of the store when we wouldn’t accept them not following the law and jeopardizing our health and safety.
