This place has been absolutely terrible since they changed management. My unit opens with the door locked and nobody seems to care. The door is also nearly impossible to open and close and they don’t care about that either. They keep changing apps and my bills don’t get paid and they charge late fees. I can’t get the app that opens the gate to work. (Why do I even need an app when every other facility has a keypad???) I plan on finding somewhere else to store my belongings shortly.
