We live in a subdivision of Jerome Village. Their maintenance of the green space in our neighborhood has been deplorable. I’ve sent several emails all of which have gone unanswered by both the corporate office and local manager. As far as I can tell all they are good at is collecting money and enforcing homeowner landscaping rules. for me, their customer service is nonexistent. If I love my lawn to look like the green space behind my home, I would be sanctioned and fined.
We have had a couple of issues, one with water in the basement, and the other with some gutter problems. Towne sent out this guy TJ, and he got the job done both times. He helped find where the water was coming in, and that was key. Latter he fixed the down spouts. These guys that Town Properties sends are really professional and courteous; what more could you ask for. J. Thornton
