Purchased my unit in 2009. For context: I have owned 2 other condos previous to this. I hesitate to post this because I feel like Towne Park is THE hidden gem in SLC. The grounds are large, beautiful, and relaxing. The pool is awesome and kept in excellent condition. Large bbq/grill area. By far the very BEST managed HOA I’ve ever experienced.
