Went to Grace in Fort Worth for dinner and used this company to Valet park my car. I left my pistol in the glove box, and when my car was brought to me after dinner I looked for it first thing and it was gone. Made the claim on 10/19/24, and didn't hear back until just today (12/2/24) saying they denied it because there's no proof of liability on their end. They took my car with the pistol in it, and returned it with it gone..seems to be as cut and dry as possible to me! I 100% do NOT recommend them, and their Claims Departm... read more

If I could I would give them zero. My experience with these people have been AWFUL! The manger of the valet at the great wolf lodge in grapevine was very nasty and disrespectful to my senior mother. I reached NUMEROUS times via email and phone and nobody has yet to respond. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
Zero Stars- I had items stolen from my car while in their possession at the Aloft downtown. Towne Park was the valey at the Aloft downtown in Austin which I picked because there was a room block for the conference I was attending. Part of the requirement to stay at this hotel is that you must valet your car. My car was burgled while in the possession of the valet over night and over $4k worth of items was stolen from my car.
