I made the mistake of moving into a unit on the bottom floor. I could hear my neighbor's every move and vice versa. It was so uncomfortable.
Management does not answer the phone, does not return calls or respond to emails.
The Bad Your lease renewal here is between 5-6% of an increase. Most employees only receive a 2% raise at work (please keep this in mind when moving). I tried using the laundry facilities only to find mold in all 6 washers. There are 97 units and only 6 washers and 6 dryers. There are children who live here. They have only 1 maintenance and can’t afford to at least hire someone to take care of the small laundry facility or provide cleaning supplies so we can disinfect as we use the equipment.
