Our first dealership, Towne Lincoln-Mercury, was started by Frank Downing in June 1969 in a small strip plaza in Orchard Park. Over the years we have had the opportunity to expand our franchise portfolio to eight franchises including Ford, Chevy, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM, Buick, Mazda and Hyundai.

Everything was super easy, I pulled in and was promptly helped. They explained everything that would happen and gave me a price for the services. I received a video walk through which was cool to see and the one recommendation they came out to speak with me and weren't pushy about making a decision. Great experience!
Outstanding service start t finish as the team replaced two rear wheel bearings in a day (they had to order a part) and provided a loaner free of charge to lessen the impact on this customer's life. Friendly and helpful. Not that I wish to come back any time soon, but I feel confident should I need to that Towne Mazda service will treat me right!
Very clean show room and waiting area. Very courteous staff. They make buying a car hassle free and treat you like a human and not a $ Jim was fantastic!
We recently took our 2006 Miata MX5 in because the heater/AC blower was not working...they diagnosed that the main control module needed replacement so we agreed to have it done at a cost of $1700. After waiting two weeks we were notified that the part was replaced but it still did not work and they would have to remove the dashboard and replace a resistor...the resistor was going to cost $200 and would require 5 more hours work and total another $1100. I have a lot of trouble getting anyone to talk to me to schedule a service or recall appointment, usually routed to leave a message with service dept and they don’t call back or take days to call back. This last time I had a tire side wall gash and when I was finally able to talk to the service dept, they assured me the tire I needed replaced would be there when I came for the service apt. I arrived 2 weeks later for the scheduled appointment and they informed me that they don’t have the tire needed. They can get it by 3 pm ... read more
