The whole staff at Mazda Service Department have been great. Exceptional service from management, service counter and mechanics. The staff goes above and beyond to help me when I had a few issues with my new Mazda CX50.
Everything was super easy, I pulled in and was promptly helped. They explained everything that would happen and gave me a price for the services. I received a video walk through which was cool to see and the one recommendation they came out to speak with me and weren't pushy about making a decision. Great experience!
Outstanding service start t finish as the team replaced two rear wheel bearings in a day (they had to order a part) and provided a loaner free of charge to lessen the impact on this customer's life. Friendly and helpful. Not that I wish to come back any time soon, but I feel confident should I need to that Towne Mazda service will treat me right!
Very clean show room and waiting area. Very courteous staff. They make buying a car hassle free and treat you like a human and not a $ Jim was fantastic!
We recently took our 2006 Miata MX5 in because the heater/AC blower was not working...they diagnosed that the main control module needed replacement so we agreed to have it done at a cost of $1700. After waiting two weeks we were notified that the part was replaced but it still did not work and they would have to remove the dashboard and replace a resistor...the resistor was going to cost $200 and would require 5 more hours work and total another $1100.
