No help after the sale. Waited for ever to get back to me, so I called them back again and they just said "oh yea, sorry, can't help you." Brand new $20,000 Boat 3 years ago. Bear trailer under my new G3 and its garbage. Go to Bear and their site goes on about the quality of their trailers. Total crap, falling apart after 3 years and garage kept and probably less than 500 road miles on the trailer. I hope Towne Marine and Bear Trailers don't think I am done yet. Total assholes! On hold on phone at 1245 on Saturday. Stayed on hold till 106 and no one picked up. Called back. They closed at 100. TOTAL ASSHOLES. Called Saturday before Carl answered at 930 am. Told me they were busy and could not speak to me until 100! Just wanted to know if they had a 1648 G3 in stock. Don't respond owner. You and your staff are total assholes. Don't take my word for it read all the one star reviews on Google! 3.3 Rated. ASSHOLES.
Impossible to get parts. We bought a new Sylvan in 2015 and tried to get parts from Towne Marine for weeks. The parts guy is a joke and complains constantly. Buy elsewhere.
Found the boat we wanted on the Towne Marine website. I live 5 1/2 hours from the dealership and worked out all purchase details before we made the trip to pick up the boat. We made the trip and our salesman stood with us as we inspected the boat and assured us all components and systems on the boat had been inspected and were operating properly.
