Kinda torned between two sides of this dealership as their sales got good reviews yet the service department is the total opposite. I tried to ask availability of an oem oil filter through their available channels and got no single reply aside from the automated email. Dealerships should not just be good with selling cars but should stay true to the brand and after sales support. They wanted locals to support local business, yet, how can we support unsatisfactory business.
I recently bought a vehicle at Jeep Dodge Ram in Miramichi, and the service was absolutely impeccable! Everyone was smiling, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The entire process was smooth and efficient — I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Even though I’m not from Miramichi and didn’t know where to go, I’m so glad I chose this dealership. Excellent people, excellent service. 12 out of 10! Highly recommend!
We were there Last week, and got served by This verry nice Salesman Koby. He did respond verry good to our questions and got well served . We havent bought something yet because not shure exactly whats our need. . Taking our time for now . We recommand him 100 % Thanks Koby for your precious time when we will be shure we will probly come back.
