Kinda torned between two sides of this dealership as their sales got good reviews yet the service department is the total opposite. I tried to ask availability of an oem oil filter through their available channels and got no single reply aside from the automated email. Dealerships should not just be good with selling cars but should stay true to the brand and after sales support. They wanted locals to support local business, yet, how can we support unsatisfactory business.
I recently bought a vehicle at Jeep Dodge Ram in Miramichi, and the service was absolutely impeccable! Everyone was smiling, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The entire process was smooth and efficient — I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Even though I’m not from Miramichi and didn’t know where to go, I’m so glad I chose this dealership.
