Philip was horrible with communication, was shady at best with negotiations with our lender that’s there partner company . Would never use them!
Always have had great customer service! Amber is the best!
Terrible customer service from my agent. No follow up to our conversation, did not return phone calls on several occasions. Did not take care of what he said he would take care of. I’m tired of wasting my time calling this company back so many times and not getting a live voice to talk to.
Agents are not very knowledgeable. Asked about my policy and they stated that I had an escrow, I don't, my agent left, no one contacted me I had to contact them, coverage was not adequate to rebuild if something happened. Went worth another company that provided a lot of insight and knew what kind of coverage I needed. Would not recommend this company
